27th June 2005. Workshop

The one day workshop “The Characteristics and Assessment of Stuttered Speech” took place in the Department of Psychology at University College London on 27th June 2005. The workshop was attended by 35 delegates; research and clinical disciplines were represented from USA, Canada, Australia, Israel, France, Norway, Netherlands and the UK. There were three invited speakers and eight papers were presented. The feedback that we have received from speakers and delegates has been very positive and we intend to make similar workshops a regular event (although perhaps not in the middle of a London summer!).
